Pittsburg Bread Company

Just around the corner from TOAST in another historic building, Roger established a bakery to service TOAST restaurant and other clients. After baking custom wedding cakes for nearly a decade, he honed his skills and mastered the craft of artisan bread baking.

 

Now, he turns flour from Kansas farmers into delectable loaves with just the right crust, just the right chew, and just the right flavor.

Sourcing Kansas-grown & milled wheat was a hurdle we had to overcome when we decided to turn our cake shop into a full-fledged bread bakery. Roger figured it out...and in 2025
